Wood Carving Seminar Survey

Please complete the survey below and bring to the next monthly meeting or send it to the Club president, Kenneth Rogowski at 3928 State Route 161, New Baden, IL 62265. We have had a number of different wood carving seminars available to club members during past years. Some have been very well attended while others have had to be cancelled for lack of participation. I believe it is very important for an active club of this size to have an on-going seminar program that will benefit all members and give new carvers a chance to expand and sharpen their carving skills. In order to provide members with good seminars, we need to know what you are interested in and when would be the best times of the year and months to schedule them. If you have any additional comments, please provide them also. If I missed a category that you are interested in, please add it to the list. Also, please indicate if you would be interested in volunteering to be the Club Seminar Chairperson. Your cooperation in completing this survey is greatly appreciated.
