| Grilled Tenderloin Recipe |
2 cups oil 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup honey 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 4 (8-12 ounce) pork tenderloins
Seasoned Salt to taste Freshly cracked peppercorns to taste

Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, onion powder, garlic powder in non-metalic bowl that is large enough to hold the tenderloins, whisk until blended. Put meat in marinade, let marinate, refrigerated, at least 6 hours. Turn meat occasionally to cover with marinade.
Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle both sides of meat with seasoned salt and cracked peppercorn. (Use generous amount of pepper, because some falls off during grilling).
Grill meat over hot coals or put on broiler pan, grill 3 - 4 minutes on each side.
Slice each tenderloin crosswise into 6 to 8 slices, each about . inch thick. Return slices to grill or broiler and cook to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes. Serve with sauce.
